We ship all orders by United States Postal Service (USPS), using Priority Mail with delivery confirmation to destinations with the US, or Global Express Mail with tracking to non-US destinations. During the checkout process, the total shipping and handling charge will be calculated and displayed so that you approve it before proceeding to the payment step of your order. Upon completion of your order, a confirming email will be sent to the email address you supply. When your order is shipped, you will receive another email advising this change of status.

To US destinations, shipping and handling charges for books, calendars and most shirts is $7.50 per item, $10.00 for sweatshirts.

To destinations outside the US, the shipping and handling charge is $35.00 for the first item, plus $15.00 for additional items within the same order.

Orders may be shipped to your own address, to any address stored in your account's address book, or to an address entered specifically for the order. NOTE: your account address must match the billing address for the credit/debit card used for a purchase, to pass the Address Verification System (AVS) employed by our credit card processor for security purposes.

To our UK customers: although most orders are delivered with one week from shipping, due to customs delays in your country some shipments have occasionally taken much longer. We are advised by UK postal authorities to expect up to 60 days, during which it is apparently useless to inquire or complain.

Returns:

Our policy is that all merchandise sales are final, except that store credit may be approved at our option. Contact us before returning merchandise to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number; without such a number, we will not accept delivery. When approved, returns are credited against future purchases less a 20% restocking fee.
